FAQ

  • What are the steps I need to take if my order was damaged upon arrival or if items are missing from my order?
    If you receive your order and your items are damaged, or you are missing items please send us an email at healthy@kurvesorganics.net. Your email should include your name, order number, pictures of the product received (applies to damaged items) and any necessary details. Please contact us up to 48 hours after delivery. We will do what we can to correct the issue. However, no refunds or replacements will be issued if more than 48 hours have passed since the order was delivered.
  • Which couriers do you ship with?
    We use two couriers. UPS and FEDEX. NOTE: If you are purchasing a sea moss gel please provide a physical address when entering your shipping address. P.O Box destinations are not supported by UPS or FEDEX.
  • What happens if I entered the wrong address?
    Please email healthy@kurvesorganics.net as soon as possible. If you do not realize the mistake until after the order has shipped, KURVES Healthykurves6 LLC will only reship dry products once they are returned to us. However, you will be responsible for the shipping fees to reship your items. This applies to dry products only. If you ordered gels, we will give you partial credit/discount to make another purchase since gels are perishable.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we ship worldwide. However, we are not responsible for additional fees related to customs. Once your order has been packed and shipped, KURVES Healthykurves6 LLC cannot assume responsibility for import duties or customs fees. If you decide not to pay the additional fee upon delivery, we can not issue you a refund.
  • When will I receive my tracking number?
    Once your shipping label is printed, your tracking number will be emailed to you separately from your confirmation email. NOTE: Please check your inbox and your spam folder
  • My tracking says that my package was delivered, but I still have not received it. What should I do?
    If your package has been marked delivered by the courier and you have not received your package, please contact us at healthy@kurvesorganics.net within 24-48 hours and we will file a claim on your behalf.
  • I paid for expedited shipping. Where is my order?
    Processing time and shipping time are two entirely different things. Although our processing times have decreased, we cannot speed up our processing time. Shipping time is how long USPS and UPS take to deliver your items. For example, if you pay for UPS Next Day Air. Once the products are ready to be shipped (according to our processing time), you will get your products the next day as opposed to someone else who only paid for UPS Ground, which can take up to 4 days in some cases. If you pay for 2-day shipping, in most instances, you will get your order in two days from the day it is shipped. If you don't pay for 2-day shipping, you might get your product 4-5 days later. All orders have a 3-5 business day processing time (Monday – Friday EXCLUDING weekends and holidays)
  • I just placed an order, when will it ship?
    Once you place your order, you will receive a system generated confirmation email. If you don’t receive your confirmation email, please reach out to us so we can manually send it to you. All orders ship within 3-5 business days (Monday – Friday EXCLUDING weekends and holidays). Please allow extra time during the busy season as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as distance, customs, and natural disasters may cause further postal delays.
  • What is your refund policy?
    To be eligible for a refund, return or an exchange your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as received. Unfortunately, KURVES Healthykurves6 LLC does NOT offer refunds, returns or exchanges for Sea Moss Gel products in the circumstance that the incorrect address was provided due to a customer’s error. However, we will offer a 15% discount code for your next purchase. Customers are responsible for shipping fees in the event that your package is marked undeliverable or returned to us by the courier due to an insufficient address
  • Can children take sea moss?
    Absolutely! Children should only take 1 sea moss gummy or 1 teaspoon of our sea moss gel once a day.
  • Where is your sea moss sourced?
    We’ve thoroughly vetted countless sea moss suppliers to provide our customers with the most authentic and natural sea moss on the market. We have a reliable direct source in St. Kitts and St. Lucia that we source all KURVES Healthykurves6 LLC sea moss from.
  • What’s the difference in the raw sea moss colors?
    Sea moss naturally comes in colors kind of like flowers. The green and purple naturally havemore phytonutrients and antioxidants because of the color. However, they all have an abundance of 92 trace minerals that sea moss offers. All of our gels are relatively tasteless, the green may taste like the sea, it is very subtle and
  • How long does raw sea moss last?
    If stored in a bag and in a cool dark place like your kitchen cabinet, sea moss will last over a year!
  • How long does sea moss gel last?
    Sea moss gel must be refrigerated. Typically, sea moss gel lasts up to 45 days.
  • How long do the sea moss gummies last?
    The sea moss gummies should refrigerated. Our sea moss gummies have a shelf life of 1 year. However, trust us, they won’t last that long because they taste so good!
  • Can I cancel my order?
    You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already in transit, we will provide a return label. Once your items are received we will issue a refund for unopened DRY products. However, our gels are not eligible for returns due to their perishable nature.
  • Where are you located & what are your business hours?

  • How do I store my sea moss gel?
    As soon as you receive your sea moss gel, refrigerate it immediately. Gels should be used within 3-4 weeks.
  • How do I get the gels, I am not from the USA?
    As much as we loved to, unfortunately we cannot ship the gels elsewhere outside the USas it will get spoiled. We ship worldwide for all of our dry products.
